2. This website
This website is a static information page. It does not embed any analytics or tracking services, advertising networks, or cookies used for analytics purposes. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested file) to deliver the website and ensure the security of the service. These server logs are not combined with any other data source.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (e.g. your email address, the content of your message) solely to handle your inquiry.
3. The "7min Challenge" app
The app is intentionally minimal: there is no account or registration with us. Your workout data is only ever synced through your own Apple ID via Apple's iCloud — never to any server we operate.
3.1 Workout data & iCloud sync (Apple CloudKit)
The app stores your workout history (date, duration, completed exercises) locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework, and automatically syncs it to your private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit so it stays available across your own devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
This sync uses your private CloudKit database: only you, through your Apple ID, can access this data. We do not operate any server that stores or receives it, and we have no ability to view it. App settings (e.g. voiceover, image motion, round count) are stored locally only and are not synced. Weight entries are not synced via iCloud — see section 3.2 below.
You can turn this sync off at any time under iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → 7min Challenge, or by disabling iCloud entirely on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the local copy of your data; data already synced to iCloud can be managed or deleted via your iCloud account settings.
3.2 Weight data & Apple Health (HealthKit)
Weight entries you log in the app are health information and are stored only locally on your device — never in iCloud, and never on any server we operate. If you explicitly grant permission in your iPhone's settings, the app can additionally read weight samples from, and write weight entries to, Apple's Health app. This processing happens entirely through Apple's local HealthKit interface; we do not receive access to this data and never transmit it elsewhere. You can revoke access at any time under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Weight and other health-related data is used exclusively to display your weight history within the app. It is never shared with, sold to, or used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any other third party or purpose, including the advertising described in section 3.3 below.
3.3 Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)
The free version of the app shows unobtrusive ads at select locations outside of active workouts, served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This may involve processing an advertising identifier, device information, and usage data to serve and personalize ads.
The app uses Google's "User Messaging Platform" to manage advertising consent in line with European transparency and consent requirements (TCF). By default, only non-personalized ads are requested. Where applicable, you can review or change your privacy choices at any time via Settings → Privacy Options in the app. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
A one-time in-app purchase lets you remove ads permanently.
3.4 In-app purchases (Apple StoreKit)
Purchases made within the app (e.g. "Remove Ads") are processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment and billing information is handled exclusively by Apple; we never have access to your payment details.
4. Your rights
To the extent we process personal data (e.g. when you contact us by email), you have the right under the GDPR to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
